Your service options
Choose an annual extended service plan with free visits if issues come up, or go without it: we provide a six-month labor warranty after installation. After that, repairs are billed, including our service fee.

Can you see the lights during the day?+
Barely. The system sits in a slim channel color-matched to your fascia and trim, so most visitors never notice it until it's on.
How much does permanent lighting cost in Council Bluffs and Omaha?+
Most residential permanent-lighting projects range from approximately $3,500 to $12,000+, depending on roofline length, home height, lighting style, access, electrical requirements, and project scope. Every project gets a free design and firm, all-inclusive quote first. No allowances, no surprises.
How long does installation take?+
Most residential installs take one to two days. We mount, wire, configure the controller, connect the app, and walk you through scenes and schedules before we leave.
Who installs it and who supports it?+
We install and support your system locally. Our installation includes a six-month labor warranty. You can also choose an annual extended service plan with free visits if issues come up. Without the plan, repairs after the labor-warranty period are billed, including our service fee. Haven's X Series products have a separate one-year limited manufacturer warranty from the original purchaser's purchase date, subject to Haven's published terms.
